Limited License
You are granted a perpetual, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates by Slides Library for the Allowed Usage. You are not allowed to use the templates by Slides Library except for that which is specifically listed in section Allowed Usage.
Allowed Usage
Subject to the restrictions and limitations described under Not Allowed Usage, the following are “allowed usages” of the templates by Slides Library:
- Use the templates for personal or commercial purposes.
- Create derivative works or modifications from the templates.
- Link to the templates on your web site or blog, provided that you link to the template page where users can find the “Download Now” button and not directly to the template file.
Not Allowed Usage
The following are “not allowed usages” of the templates by Slides Library:
- Copy or reproduce the templates, except as specifically provided for in section Allowed Usage.
- Sell, rent, distribute, sub-license, transfer or assign the templates or rights to the templates.
- Sell, rent, distribute, sub-license, transfer or assign the derivative works or modifications from the templates or rights to such works.
- Use the templates with contents that are offensive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or demeaning, or promote discrimination.
